Subscription cancellation

If you have subscribed to the services of mr-tips.com and decide that they do not meet your expectations, you can request to cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, please:

To process your request, we may ask for the following information:

• The email address you registered with,
• The date of your last payment,
• The last 4 digits of the card used for payment (if applicable),
• A brief comment on the reason for cancellation (optional).

Subscription cancellation takes effect immediately upon processing by our team. Processing and confirmation – whether through submitting the cancellation form or sending an email – usually takes up to 24 hours, but we strive to fulfil your request within the first few hours.
